...I'm on my feet, I'm on the floor, I'm good to go...

So I'm finally doing the JEW review. I guess I'll start from the beginning. We drove to the Lisgar Street parking lot which is the ONLY parking lot I know of which is anywhere near Barrymore's and costs $2 for the whole night. And by anywhere near I mean 5 blocks away. So I forget my camera and decide that walking the five blocks back to the truck and the five blocks back to Barrymore's isn't worth it especially since Charlotte had been standing in line for the past 15 minutes.

So we finally got in after waiting for an hour in the cold and got the x's on our hands. Five minutes later is when I walk down the stairs from the bathroom and FALL! Not just stumble or fall to my knees. This was a full miss-the-last-step-and-not-so-gracefully-fall-sideways-all-the-way-to-the-ground kind of fall. Other than that small embarassment everything went well. I bought the sweatshirt I've wanted for a long time and it only cost $35.

We (me, Kris, Alexis, and Charlotte) were standing about 3 people back on the guitar player's side. The boys in front of us were trying, with little success, to start rumours that Blink 182 were opening. Ummm we're not that stupid. Which is what I said to them. The PLAIN WHITE T'S came on and they were SO GOOD! They're young and cute and play pop punk. I really really liked them. Enough to buy their cd which is entitled "Stop." Kris bought a red shirt with the sneakers on it which I now wish I had bought.

Jimmy Eat World came on and opened with A Praise Chorus. I love that song. I've kinda forgotten the set list but I do know that they didn't play alot of new songs but instead played many many old songs. They ended with The Middle and Sweetness as their encore. The floor was shaking so much during Sweetness.

Here's a picture of them on SNL because I forgot my camera and they didn't take any pictures of the show for the website.
