I was thinking about how much this new layout reminds me of my current situation with goldfish. I'm not particularly good at keeping goldfish alive (they usually die within a month). I was once given a nice present of two goldfish from Charlotte and Alexis. I appopriately named them Charlotte and Alexis. One of them died but I can't remember which one it was. So I will name the fish in this layout Charlotte/Alexis in honour of which one of them died.

I have to do an English presentation on Friday in which I discuss The Handmaid's Tale and my thesis. My thesis is something along the lines of: men are not the new women. While researching feminism I came across alot of articles and an entire book on how women's rise in power has left men feeling worthless and powerless. Women control conception, women can have babies without men, women want all men to look like Jude Law and have the skills of Jamie Oliver blah, blah. I think that men need to suck it up and realize that this is no reason to develop their own form of feminism, called 'menism.' If anyone has any view points on this, please sign the guestbook.
