Did anyone else see Sam Roberts host the Wedge? His long-haired-possibly-bass-playing-though-I'm-not-quite-sure bandmate sleeping on his shoulder: "easy now there, easy now." I don't know what he's talking about when he says his brother got all the good-looking genes.
"That was hot. You were so hot I could feel the sparks."
I really liked the Spiritualized video they showed with the orchestra and the choir. I can't remember what it's called. And the singer looks so sad. So sad.
It's a sad day in rock and roll kids. Midtown is "postponing" their two Canadian dates. I feel that postponing is a inappropriate word to use seeing as they're doing an east coast tour and then going to the UK. Sam, guess who's opening for them? Did you guess Taking Back Sunday? Because then you'd be right. Midtown and TBS. What more could you possibly ask for? I say we take a road trip to Buffalo slash Albany to see them. Both cities are being played in on a Sunday which sucks just a little bit. But hey, it's just school.
Sam Roberts just said "welcome home pappy" while standing in front of his fridge wearing an apron AND a dishtowel around his neck. Where has this man been all my life?
